The SunShyne Session...Our Mission

In 2011 I was given an amazing gift, my 1st Grandchild. It was an amazing experience and I couldn't get enough of her! She was not without her struggles though. At 1 week old she had open heart surgery. It was a success thank God. In 2012 my world fell apart when Chenoa passed away suddenly from pulmonary stenosis. She was only 15 months old but she exuded so much LIFE and LIGHT in her short time here!

Our favorite song was "You Are My Sunshine" and YES, I sang it to her every night!

She is the inspiration behind this special project. She touched everyone's heart she came in contact with. She LOVED having her picture taken, but most importantly, she LOVED people and caused them to look inside themselves and show more love and compassion toward others. She just made us all want to be better somehow.

In honor of Chenoa, I have started The SunShyne Project to help less fortunate families access the SAME photography experience and products at a lower cost. I believe EVERY child should have and enjoy a great photography experience.

This is just my small way of giving back to my community and honoring the life of a little girl who inspired the lives of so many.
